What is KCARM (Raceway Ministries)
Kansas City Alliance Raceway Ministries is an evangelistic ministry that ministers to the needs (and sometimes the wants) of the fans, workers, security, employees and others at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas.
What does KCARM do at Kansas Speedway?
KCARM follows what Jesus says in Matthew 28:19-20. It says that we are to, "GO to the people of all nations and make them my disciples. Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to do everything I have told you. I will be with you always, even until the end of the world". We are going BEYOND THE WALLS of the church and sharing Jesus with others in unique ways and at a unique place, a race track.
KCARM uses a "SITES" acrostic to let people know what we do.
S = Spiritual Needs: We share the love of our Lord Jesus Christ in every aspect of the ministry, whatever it may be. We also provide a Sunday Morning Worship Service for anyone wanting to attend. We have a worship service at our KCARM Tent at the Richmond Drive Family Campground...across the street from Hollywood Casino.
I = Information: Our infield site and our KCARM Tent site are considered information booths. Just come see us and we'll try our best to help guide you in the right direction and/or have answers for your questions.
T = Trauma Response: We have Chaplains and other KCARM Personnel that are available to assist the track when a situation arises that we need to help the sick, the injured, etc. We will even go to the hospital if needed.
E = Entertainment: The track isn't busy 24 hours a day, so we try to provide some entertainment for the fans that need to get away from their trailer, motorhome, etc. and just have fun. We have pinewood derby races and Hot Wheels races for kids, games for all ages, or we'll just sit and chat with ya over a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, etc.
S = Service Oriented Opportunities: We serve the speedway in many ways. Our volunteers help park the motorhomes in the campgrounds, drive ADA carts, drive trams, fill information booths, feed the workers and security, plus many other activities that are asked of us.

Kansas City Alliance Raceway Ministries is affiliated with NFRM or the National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries
The National Fellowship of Raceway Ministries (NFRM) is a fellowship of autonomous, local ministry groups that share the message of hope in Jesus Christ with race fans, competitors and motor sports participants of all kinds. Currently, the NFRM has member groups that share the Lord from Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida, all the way up to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, over to Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California and even here in the Midwest at Kansas Speedway in Kansas City, Kansas. Many of the groups share the Lord at the major speedways where the NASCAR car series, the NASCAR truck series, the IndyCar Series, ARCA and others race, while many others minister at road coarses or local, weekly racing venues where modifieds, sprint cars and street stocks battle it out every weekend.
